버섯과 진균류(mushrooms and Fungi)

5번째 왕국 “Fifth Kingdom”이라고 간주하는 시베리안 차가버섯은 식물도 아니고 동물도 아닌(NEITHER plant nor animal) 곰팡이 종류와 비슷한(similar species of Fungi)것으로 아직까지도 DNA 염색체 조직(DNA chromosomal makeup)은 식물보다도 30% 정도 인간과 밀접한 관계가 있습니다.

시베리안 차가는 수백년 이상 건강증진에 필요한 특별한 성분(health-enhancing properties)을 지닌것으로 알려지면서 존경받아 왔습니다(has been embraced and revered). 시험 결과에서 시베리안 차가는 모든 버섯중에서 가장 높이 평가 받는것으로, 다른 버섯과의 유용가치성을 평가하여 보면 12배이상 효능 성분이 더 좋은(commanding as much as 12 times the value of other mushrooms)것으로 평가되어지고 있습니다.

과학 분석자료에 의하면(Classified scientifically as): 진정담자균강 버섯중(Basidiomycetes mushrooms) 건강증진에 유용한 성분이있는것으로 분석(have demonstrated health enhancing values)된것은 약 200여 종류가 있습니다. 시베리안 차가가 지닌 진정담자균강이 다른 버섯보다 항산화 성분 및 유기영양소 합성물을 더 많이 보유하고 있습니다(Siberian Chaga contains more anti-oxidants and phytonutrient compounds than other Basidiomycetes).

시베리안 차가는 종류가 다른 간오더마 누시덤(Gonoderma Lucidum), 일반인들이 말하는 특별한 성분을 지닌 버섯이라고 말하는 리쉬(Reish)는 일본어로 사용하며, 중국어로는 영지(Lingzhi)라고 말하는데 영지 버섯을 차가 버섯과 똑같이 진균류를 지닌 버섯으로 잘못 알고 있는 경향이 있습니다. 여하튼 종류가 다른 버섯이며, 오직 시베리안 차가버섯(Inonotus obliquus)에서만 발견할수있는 많은 종류의 유기 영양소 (phytonutrientd), Butulinic acid, 동일한 베타 글루켄 성분(the same types beta glucans)과 SOD 성분을 지니고있는 것으로 알고 있습니다.

차가에는 풍부한 미네랄과 : 아미노산과 같은 비타민 B1, B2, B3 성분이 있습니다. 또한 에르고스테롤(자외선을 쬐면 비타민 D로 변함=Ergosterol)은 비타민 D2의 선구자(a precursor of Vitamin D2)라고 할수있는 성분과 저칼로리 수치와 높은 정규식 섬유질 성분을 지니고(has low Caloric Value and high in dietary Fibers) 있습니다. 또한 효과가 두드러진 DNA를 보호하고 회복(a potent protector of DNA integrity)하는 성분인 멜라닌(melanin)을 대량 함유하고 있습니다.

차가 버섯의 합성성분에는 “칵테일(cocktail)”이라할수있는 유기영양소(phytonutrients)와 베타글루켄(합성 탄수화물 성분=complex carbohydrates). 면역활성 합성제(immune activating compounds)및 해초(Algae), 효모(Yeast), 귀리연맥(oats)등에서 발견되는 폴리사카리드(polysaccharides)성분을 지니고 있습니다. 베타글루켄은 건강 면역계통 및 영양보충을 주어 인체에 균형유지(supporting a healthy immune system and restoring balance in the body)를 돕는데 대단히 중요합니다.

황무지에 평범한 모양의 차가버섯은 200가지 이상의 진정담자균강 버섯중(BASIDIOMYCETES MUSHROOMS)에서 가장 탁월하며 건강관리에 필요한 강한 성분용량을 지니고있어(rare and powerful in its health supporting capacity)인체에 호전반응의 효능은 최상의(top of the chain)상태가 될것 입니다.

표면상으로 볼때에,  버섯 모양이 아닌, 차가는 질(액=gills)이아닌 진균류 종자의 기공(氣孔=기운구멍) 입니다(Chaga is a polypore a fungus with pores instead of gills). 나무 몸통에서 성장하고 균이 없는  균혈덩어리로 울퉁불퉁한 표면이 검은색갈을 표출하고 있습니다(It has the outward appearance of a black, irregular, cracked mass, grpws on tree trunks and is most often sterile).

다른 버섯에서는 찿아볼 수 없는 진균류에 “Butulinic acid” 성분을 지닌것은 두드러집니다 – Butulinic acid은 실제로 독성이나 부작용이 없는(virtually no side effects nor toxicity) 강력한 건강증진에 필요한 특별한 성분을 지니고 있다는 것을 생화학 연구실험(laboratory and biochemical research)에 의해 파생적인 효능을 입증하였습니다. 전망있는 안목으로 자연과학 협회가 주관(by the scientific community for its promising applications)하여 연구에 연구를 세계적으로 폭넓게 확산하고 있습니다.

식용버섯인(can be ingested orally) maitake 및 shiitake과 같은 종류에만 있는 면역촉진 유기화학 성분(immune-stimulating phytochemicals)을 차가에서는  비교할 수 없는 많은 양을 지니고 있습니다.

효능가치가 있는 모든 버섯중, 특별히 시베리안 차가에는 많은 양의 트라이터펜노이드(triterpenoids) 와 스테롤스( sterols) 성분을 보유하고 있습니다. 영지버섯(Lingzhi, Reishi)에는 100 여 종류에는, 갠노더레닠 산( Ganoderenic Acid) “A”와 에그스테롤스(Ergosterols) 및 엘고스테롤 페록싸이드스( Ergosterols Peroxides)와 같은 성분을 지니고 있습니다. 비교하여보면 차가버섯과 영지버섯은 비슷한것 같지만 효능가치로 볼때에 차가버섯은 Betulinic acid 성분과 트라이터펜이스(triterpenes)와 연관된 랜오스테롤(Lanosterol)과 같은 훌륭한 성분을 많이 지니고 있습니다.

생산양이 풍부한 영지버섯은 광대한 흥보가되어 현재는 손쉽게 구입이 가능하나, 초창기에 판매할때에는 성분이 열등한 종류를 캡슐에 담아 활기차게 판매하였습니다, 그러나 요즈음에는 손쉬운 소비를 위하여 비캡슐화 방법에 의한 판매를하고 있는데 이러한 제품의 대부분이 거의 함량미달(diluted in the process of being encapsulated for easy consumption)인것으로 알려지고 있습니다. 이러한 제품을 복용할 경우에는  흡수능력이 없을 수도 있습니다(this may not be optimum for absorption) . 다시 말하면, 대부분이 재배용 버섯으로 효능 효과면에서 성분이 미달 될 수도 있다고 보는 것입니다(many of these mushrooms are farmed resulting in less potency and effectiveness)..

버섯종류는 140,000가지 정도가 있는데 그중에 진균류(funji)가 있는 버섯종류는 38,000가지이며, 연구조사에서 발표된바 몇 종류의 버섯에만 진균류 성분을 소유하고 있는데 그러한 종류의 버섯은 불과 200여 가지가 있다고 합니다. 이 200여가지 종류 가운데 50여종만 진짜 “진귀한 식용류로서 고단위 진정담자균강(superior and edible higher basidiomycetes)” 성분을 지닌것으로 연구 결과에 나타나 있습니다.

50여가지 진균류 성분을 지닌 버섯중 10위안에 버섯의 종류:

10가지 버섯의 평가는 약 83%가 실지 연구조사에 의한 결과 기록입니다. 그들중 어떠한 버섯이 생명증진에 유익한 성분을 지닌 버섯인지 또는 판매가격은 얼마만한 금액이 적정한지 잘 선택하여 섭취(combined value is a life enhancing smorgasbord)하는것이 매우 중요한 것입니다.
